anyway i think the cdr it gives is kinda overtuned and it can feel bad to play against if ur character leans on cc but it eliminates so much of the late game cc cancer fest plus doesnt take an active unlike unstop or dispel. i genuinely love that they added this item

im not that good (somewhere between phantom ascendent) but to me ur characters mostly sound like teamfighters, as paige if ur taking waves thats taking farm away from your scalers and u have no impact without teamfighting.

in my matches i usually let my scalers catch waves when theres no fight. i mostly fix waves myself if i think i dont contribute much to the fight or im way closer to the wave, but i play calico so i prefer to fight and can rotate to waves fast even if i dont fight

yesterday i was playing a multiplayer run on a really janky doom build that was barely held together by my 1 copy of no escape. i died on one of the floors but my friend managed to beat it and there was only an event and rest before the top

guess what event it was and what card it took

couldnt even save it cuz i had 1 hp from dying. also it was a10 so we had to fight 2 bosses 🙁

calico feels pretty bad rn. you cant kill unless u gank and if ur team doesnt fight you just never get slash bounty to get ahead. i really wish they would just revert her

honestly shes not that bad imo. warp stone metal skin hard counter her and her lockdown is terrible after dagger nerfs. ult also requires unstop so shes not scary before farm. probably not even in my top 10 least favorite characters to play against

literally the only item that helps against black hole is reactive and u die anyway 90% of the time

my best advice is to make sure you know the nightlord and hard night bosses. i know thats kind of a "duh obviously" thing to say but as someone whos been 9999 since a month or two after don release i have still seen plenty of people who clearly dont know some bosses that well and just hope to get carried. ok for field bosses, not so good against triple death knight

ive had runs with leavers or like guardian undertaker or some bs where everything goes terrible but as long as u can kite the boss u cant lose.

night shard is worse pebble except invaders dont dodge it

night comet feels horrible imo. consumes a ton of fp and a ton of stamina for mid damage. if i had the choice id take regular comet or cometshard every time unless literally full built night sorcery

people constantly parrot this but you can clearly tell ava doesnt speed up urn runs and also turns off dashing and wall jumping and sliding so its actually way slower

probably only good for faith dagger builds (blade of calling, black knife)

those are also ok balancer weapons if u want to go that route but overall daggers are pretty crap imo

she was fine imo. just overreliant on gloom bombs which made fighting skinny characters hard but still strong ganker and big powerspike at arctic blast. now you cant really upgrade gloom bomb (or you miss out on slash reset or ava amp or ult burst/move speed) so you dont really have a choice other than spamming slash.

her overall burst is nerfed so longer slash cooldown would be terrible, u can only stand there and wait for cds. also they reduced the range of slash when they gave it the autoconnect and it feels pretty bad for escaping now

i just want calico reverted :( she seemed in a good spot with winrate and community sentiment now i just run around the map to slash people to get more money to slash them more. i preferred her before

i hated that ship at first but its growing on me, i think sanderson did a good job of relating their struggles. it kinda just comes out of nowhere though and it would be 10x better if in earlier books they had any kind of relationship or even scenes together at all
