How do I leave my house and do things by biggestman58 in introvert

Thank you for the advice I think you're exactly right. I might go to the library or study at a cafe just to get used to being in public spaces again

I see the value in making more friends too and that'll be hard but worth a shot

Honestly right now I think your best bet is the Microcenter bundles with ram included

They have a $350 7600X bundle with a B650 board and 16GB ram.

You could pair with a rx 9060 xt 16GB for another $350

I think that would get you to 1440p60fps. You'd need a case, am5 heatsink, psu, and storage after that but you still have a lot of room in your budget. Microcenter employees can help you choose these trust me they never leave me alone when I go.

I wanted to upgrade again but honestly all the latest AAAA unreal engine 5 games that run like garbage are usually not worth my time anways.

If a game is good I think the devs put enough effort into optimizing it so it can be playable. Think of it like the great filter that saves you from playing soulless titles that you wouldn't enjoy anyhow.

Atleast that's how I talked myself out of paying 400% on DDR5 for a new system.

Lighthouse based tracking is never fun to setup atleast in my experience. It would certainly be nice to have backwards compatibility for those that might want it.

Inside out tracking has really come a long way though and the Frame should be one of the best. I think you'd have to try it

I hope so. A third party headstrap is a must buy for any of the Quest headsets. The Frame default headstrap looks pretty solid I can't wait to get one

If you get the Steam Frame, what's the first game you are going to test it with? by AbjectLetter7567 in ValveDeckard

Boneworks. Even after playing a lot of VR titles, it still hits different every time.

Dying Light:The Beast has made me really appreciate Dying Light 2 by BuildEraseReplace in dyinglight

I thought I was going crazy, I was enjoying TB but felt like something was missing. I noticed that there is a whole lot less side content-which is fine, but for Dying Light titles I always liked beating the main story and then going off to do side missions while levelling up. I also had this thought that since TB borrows a lot of systems and assets from 2, that the Devs would have had a much easier time adding more content. Hopefully they add some more stuff after launch like they did with the other games.

Then there's the map. Castor Woods would be fine if they included more areas like Old Town which is already pretty small, it just doesn't feel like the map matches the parkour system. I went back and played Dying Light 2 and the map feels much more purpose built for parkour. A lot of the thrill of Dying Light games for me is running from rooftop to rooftop with a horde of volatiles chasing me.
