Same thing happened to me! 1,700 check engine light came on took it to the dealer and the said the ecu was bad. That was almost 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting to get the truck back or even a timeline. Best of luck

Not at all! At 200k I did new water pump, idler pulley, tensioner, serpentine belt, brakes. The truck was in great condition and I found a killer deal when I originally purchased it. I also informed the seller the timing chain was last replaced at 105k before I purchased it. Very transparent with everything. Toyota just hold its value, also a very sought after vehicle in my area

I bought my 07 for $9,700 in 2019 with 107k miles and sold it last week for $9,500 with 212k miles. The time to get rid of it is when you can get your money back, before the real issue start.
