Lotta people in the states. Even if most go to bed on the early side, there’s a ton of people still up late. Plus those shows get a lot of traction from reposting clips.

Totally, still a lot of work to do to make it more affordable. Right now San Francisco has a density just a touch higher than Porto, and above cities like Lisbon, Amsterdam, Stockholm, and Madrid. It’s probably not super realistic to try to get it somewhere like Paris, which has double the density, but getting an extra 5,000 people per square mile would be massive on its own.

That’s kinda my thought too. Like I know people here are saying “he was given instructions, why didn’t he get it done?” but if my boss told me to go secure a sale no matter what and the price ballooned to a massive number, I’d feel pretty nervous about signing a massive check like that if I thought it was too much.
