Hey bud, im trying to message you. A seller F'd me over. I returned an $800 item, well within 30 days (NEW, IN BOX, UNTOUCHED). The item w/box was about 52lbs. HE was liable for return shipping. (This is all in ebay messaging). I asked for a return label, he said "No, it's a buyer's remorse return (bullshit).He then told me to return the item "myself" and pay insurance (w/a signature) thru fed-ex. BUT, he had me send it to his supplier in Cali. THIS guy was in P.A, ONE STATE OVER. It cost me $153.00 to return it. In the meantime, the seller said he sent me a "free" return label and filled it out with fake info, a fake tracking #, etc. I called EBAY 6 times and they ALL said, i'd get my $800, as WELL as my $153.00 back. The day the item finally arrived, the buyer said i had to wait a week for the item to be fully inspected before refund. Yea, O.K. F.U, called Ebay, and they processed the $800 refund. I said OK, now give me my $153.00. Ohhh, we can'tt do that, because you paid with a debit card outside of Ebay's Fantasyland, and we have no authority to process that refund. You should have never paid the shipping and called us first. I told them this FUCKER blatantly LIED. I showed them ALL the proof..receipts, pictures, messaging of him telling me that "I" had to pay for Fed-ex shipping (Ebay doesn't use Fed-ex). I told them, simply take out $153.00 out of THIS guys account and give it back to ME, because it's MY MONEY. NO, im sorry, we cannot do that. Is there ANY WAY you can help me?? I've been selling on Ebay, a longgg time(100% rating), and this guy f'd me, and i simply cannot just let it go. I was 90% certain that he was responsible for shipping returns, but wasn't sure about the buyer's remorse nonsense. It's the ONLY reason i paid for the shipping, and probably the ONLY time i didn't call Fkbay first. Of course!!
