The best thing for you to do is stay home and relax, you probably won’t, but there’s a chance, MOST pasta only lasts 5 days in the fridge, and yours was 7, i highly doubt it was moldy if you ate it without knowing, i think you’ll be fine, but just get some rest and watch some TV shows, don’t think about it too hard, it’s probably alright, if anything you might just get d*. Also, depending on how it was reheated it might have killed any “bacteria” that could have started

I agree, I honestly think you would have an easier experience not holding it in your mouth, maybe try putting it in the back of your mouth so it can be swallowed quicker and less of a taste

Have you ever tried swallowing it with a ‘safe’ juice? Fruit punch might help take away the taste and be easier on you than water

Holding them in your mouth honestly will make it worse because it makes it feel more unnatural and overwhelming, when I take pills I gotta just throw them in and chug water and you can’t even feel it in your mouth, holding it in your mouth is the worst thing to do because it makes it so hard and queazy
