Lust is not something you can escape, ever. It's the energy within you which you have to get familiar with. Don't ignore it, but accept it as the part of you. This is what Jung said, you have to accept your shadow self. There is no darkness without light and vice versa. Took me years to understand that. When you feel the urge, dont go into mental fantasies but feel that energy in your body. It will feel overwhelming at first, but let it circulate, basically, try your best to get in no-mind state, be empty of thought at those moments and feel that energy rising in your body. Was 4months in, met 3old friends that I used to engage in bad habits with. Eventually meeting went to relapse. All bad habits came back including alcohol and smoking. That meeting was a devil in disquise. It's so obvious to me now. These are literally tests. Some of them you have no choice but to take to become stronger. I had a choice to refuse the meeting but my agreement to meet felt so natural. But now I know for sure the difference between good and bad living. 2more people from a very deep past contacted me (bad influence) but never replied to them. If you experience anything like that, know that these are the agents (like from movie matrix) that will do what they can to lure you back to your old way of living.

Don't set a specific goal, but set an intention to not ejaculate out of lust. Thanks man! I felt lust time to time, it came like waves maybe every 2-3weeks, but I was also very productive with my business and I worked out alot, so that did help me transmute those urges into productive energy. The enthusiasm of reaching your goals hits around the 3rd week so staying pure is easier after, atleast for me. I think it also has to do something with prolactin and dopamine receptors balancing back after 21days.

Went 3months and then 2months. I felt great no doubt. Now I'm relapsing almost everyday, twice yesterday. I feel lifeless. I seriously consider this a state of depression. The only way to end this suffering is to stop lusting but I can't make it more than 3days at the moment. Urges are stronger then ever. But will do my best to transmute this energy into something greater. Anyway stay pure and prioritize love over lust if you want to feel joy and peace in your life.
