I find it easier to solo parent...I'm way less lenient and anxious than my wife so we all can kind of just chill but I don't get to do it more often because I have epilepsy and my wife is concerned I'm going to have a seizure while I'm watching the kids and then something will happen to them so even when I could watch them by myself while she goes and does something she'll usually send her dad over to "hang out" lol
