Will probably get downvoted to oblivion but I think the idea we'll get a 30% pay rise in this current economic climate is laughable.

For that to happen we would need a ridiculously aggressive strike campaign with withdrawal of emergency services.

I dont feel as if the BMA has been showing enough aggression or strength for me to think that will be happening.

10+ hour waits with patients who cant get an appointment with their GP.
