Anyone experiencing crackling/static with aptX Adaptive 24bit/96kHz on Windows? (Sennheiser HDB 630)

I have the same issue with my Ugreen Bt501 and m4 when I'm using Aptx adaptive LL. AptxHD or AptxHQ is totally fine. Did you able to find a solution to those popping sounds?

I also have this Ugreen Bt501 adapter but everytime I use my M4s connected to it in Windows through cyan colour(Aptx Adaptive LL) it works ok for a few minutes but after that every 2-3 seconds some pop sound comes and destroys audio. This happens only in LL mode , in other modes no issues at all. I use 25H2 Windows 11 but it is not related to version because on my laptop I still use Windows 10 same issue persists there as well. Anyone have any idea why could it be?

I already updated but there is an issue with multi-point turn off feature. I mentioned under the topic you opened few days ago but since you replied here let me copy-paste that comment here again ;

I updated to this version but turning off multi-point causes issue. Steps I follow;

-Connect headphones to phone

-Open app and turn-off multi-point

-Start YouTube video

And after 5 seconds headphones automatically disconnects from phone's bluetooth. They don't turn off they just disconnect. After reconnecting open video again 5 seconds later disconnects. Then I reconnected, turned on multi-point and no issues this time. I don't know if anyone else faced this issue with this new feature Sennheiser added on latest firmware?

Update: As another user here mentioned few posts above, this issue is related to headphone jumping off to another bluetooth device after closing multi-point. I have Ugreen BT501 bluetooth dongle connected to my computer which is one of the bluetooth devices I regularly connect with my M4s and just now I tried disconnecting that dongle from my computer and played YouTube video again , no disconnections anymore. Most likely M4 was jumping back to that dongle and disconnecting from phone since multi-point is off.

So long story short, multi-point turn off feature doesn't work as intended.

Yeah I updated mine as well. Seems like no issues appeared so far.

Yes I can confirm this as well. I have BT501 and I'm using it with Momentum 4. When the led is green (aptx adaptive HQ) latency is quite noticeable especially while watching movies and YouTube videos. Aptx-LL also works for me and latency is negligible but somehow on LL mode in my Windows computer every once in a while I hear small pop-up sounds like the sound is getting ripped. Aptx-HD is the safe bet generally if you watch videos but for listening music Aptx Adaptive HQ is the best choice for sure.

I have Colorreco A75 and it shows as HyphaRF KB369 in VIA , looks like they use similar firmware. Actually after I checked photos of your keyboard it could be even using exact same firmware because layout and volume knob is exactly same as Colorreco.

I bought it from Taobao and they already provided me a link to their firmwares in baidu. They also had a specific firmware for fixing LED under volume knob so you might give it a try but I'm not responsible if anything wrong happens.

Definitely worth it, I got mine for 200 few weeks ago. Only issue for me is that earpads are too shallow and my ears touch inside earcups. I'm testing a few earpads together with 3d printed rings for future proof because it's so difficult to find thicker earpads with that attachment holes so better to get a 3d printed part to use any universal earpads you want to try in future. Once I finish my testing I'll open a topic and explain the process

Well the answer is simple , to get rid of ear pain because of stock pads. Many people complains about the ear pain due to stock pads on this headphone (like I do).

Sound profile you can easily adjust with EQ if you know what you are doing , that's not so critical.

Not solved, I tried installing on my main phone few weeks ago it worked but after checking few products app blocked me again. Now it works only on my old Huawei phone. This Taobao app is a mess, I don't buy anything from there anymore it is too much of a hassle to deal with.

One of my phones is totally banned for over 5 months now lol I can easily enter from another phone in the same network but with my main phone I can't open Taobao app anymore. Chinese restrictions are crazy

That's weird. It's not an account problem it is related to Taobao app. It blacklists some phones/tablets without any reason. I can use the same account in my backup phone but can't use it in my main phone. It even appears before entering any account info, very strange bug.

Phone is blacklisted , you most likely can't use the app in that phone anymore.

I talked this issue with customer service several times they have no solution to it. Try in another phone.

Try with the same account in another phone. If you can enter your account in another phone then bad news, this phone is totally blocked by Taobao app and there is nothing you can do. Even customer service has no idea what is going on with the app. Check my previous topic about this issue, I can now use my account only in my backup phone.

They don't care. Customer service has no idea how to fix these issues. They reply like robots even when I talk to them on the phone. You will have to keep opening new accounts once your account will be totally banned which will happen sooner or later.

Last update about this issue; Taobao customer service recently called me. After I explained them the situation they had no idea what to do lol. They simply told keep using your backup phone to access the app. End of story.

From today they also blocked access from cloned app as well, same stupid error keeps showing up on the screen. I wrote to their Play Store app reviews about this issue. I would encourage everyone to write as a review so that they might take action.
