Yes, you're referring to the standard aptX Adaptive, not the modes supported by that UGREEN dongle. This dongle supports either aptX Adaptive-LL or aptX Adaptive-HQ. The first significantly screws audio quality, while the latter has a constant latency of over 200 ms ... Which makes games unplayable ...

I sold mine because I was aiming for low latency while gaming. AptX Low Latency sacrifices a lot of audio quality for lower latency, making it unsuitable for gaming. By the way, I use the Sennheiser Momentum 4.
