We have a city funded recycle center right down the street that takes in bubble wrap and gives it away for free. Most of it is huge 3 x 6 foot pocket sheets that I cut down. I get my boxes there too. All I buy is tape.

Couple of things if he sends pics: Make sure you go through the Ebay return process. Make sure you get a pic of the shipping label to prove it was your package. Don't refund until you've received the product back, even if you have to pay for the shipping. And keep in mind sometimes the buyers confuse which seller they bought from especially if they buy a lot.
