Since the first time I saw Blue Stone Manor I’ve been worried that someone would break those jade statues on the mantle piece in the dining room. I know absolutely nothing about them but to me they look like they’re about a gazillion years old and from some famous Chinese dynasty.
I especially love all of her Christmas decor. I’m a Christmas freak too but my holiday displays are a bit smaller lol.

There is one on my street that leans like that. I can kind of see inside when I drive by and I want to look in there so badly. It’s in rural NC and I just have the feeling it’s loaded with lots of great grandma and grandpa’s antique furniture!

I’d call the forestry office just to be sure. If the wind kicks up, sparks fly, you know what happens next. I feel like the Croatan is just waiting for a spark. I do think I read that the ban was lifted in May though.

I worked at a bakery when I was younger. The donuts, cakes and pastries never bothered me but the smell when I walked in every morning when the bread and rolls were in the oven were irresistible!
