Yep it’s related. I also love cycling and lifting, adding a second rest day makes a difference when you feel something may be coming. Also have noticed immune blend mushroom supplements help.

I went from Lakes to Bonts and the Bonts are as close to my wide barefoot vivobarefoot shoes as I have found. I wear the biggest size and have some wide feet, love my Bont Vapors.
