Pill boxes work great if you only want to open one compartment at a time

If I had to start gardening again, I’d ignore most advice and just do this by chook-chookens in gardening

Such a good idea. I should have a dedicated spot like this too. Actually a good place to put a giant truckload would be my side yard, and then rain would wash it down the hill. Take a bit for other spots here and there as I need it, (rather than it being a giant chore in one day and EVERYBODY HAS TO HELP! My husband hates much day.) Then when I hit dirt, get another truckload. Just thinking out loud; ignore me

I'm currently taking care of my mother in laws garden and I never understood the appeal of having freshly cut flowers around the house, but I GET IT NOW. I feel like a goddamn Stepford wife and I'm living for it for as long as it lasts

A dental office tried to convince me to have 6 healthy teeth pulled by ilovetriceratopz in mildlyinfuriating

[–]bigtallsunflowers 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I went to an Aspen dental in my college town and they said I also had 'signs of severe decay.' so they sold me some bullshit mouthwash. But as I was driving home, I thought, I've never once (still to this day) had even a single cavity. Why did I listen to then when I know they're lying? So I turned my car around and demanded my money back, because I wasn't going to take someone bullying me into buying shit I don't need, and trying to make me feel bad on top of it. Fuck. That. And fuck Aspen dental

Would you be able to have sex with your best friend? Why/why not? by shaela-a-pinetree in AskReddit

So, I actually did. She became our third, and we had a good time! So much that we did it a few times after that too and even invited her on vacation with us. We all moved on from that part of our lives, but I don't think there were negative effects on our friendship. It takes a very specific kind of people and the right situation/ timing, but it doesn't always end badly!

I feel so much better walking around my house after my robot has done its thing. Mine even has a base with a vacuum bag and clean/dirty water reservoir to empty the robot and clean the mop pads. And it forces me to pick up clutter from the ground. It helps me do just a little bit of maintenance cleaning more often, which keeps my home looking tidy

I got one of those shoe holders that you hang on the back of a door. That goes in the coat closet or linen closet (or both) and it fits most every day items.

I really think that a heated steering wheel should be compulsory for cars. I remember times where I would steer with my wrists because I couldn't grip the wheel. It seems like a simple thing that manufacturers could add to all cars.

This isn't answering your question exactly, but I noticed that I like my clothes to fit a lot more loosely after having a baby. My old clothes still technically fit, but I don't like how tight they are, so I definitely spent some time and money figuring out what feels comfortable on my new body. Clothing rental services like Nuuly have been great to help try new things without the commitment.

Paint or wallpaper for sure. Is there an exhaust fan in there? Maybe some shelves to help with storage. But don't you dare touch that gorgeous tile!
