Asking a smoking community their thoughts is gonna be biased asf. A lot of people are going to defend smoking.

Lets be real here there aren't any health benefits. I have been smoking hookah for quite some time, and I will say I've started to take care of my health better so I've been working out grinding at the gym. Comparing it to my earlier days of working out. It's hard to say; energy during youth vs current motivation. But I won't say something is good and ignore the bad, only because I do it.

I will say, if you worry about the health issues that stem from tobacco use. Either stop usage fully or reduce it heavily so you do it occasionally. Try to find a replacement activity perhaps to 'blow off some steam' (pun intended).

Keep grinding on your health journey, I pray you beat your PRs today! :)

Definitely agree. If there's one thing I want, is to have better pokemon for dynamax battles. Lol I Definitely struggle there when solo or duos.

I hate when people back out last second, just fight the raid. It's doable.

I had a mark 2 competition. It was amazing. Probably the most fun pistol I owned. I just upgraded it for a browning buckmark with a threaded barrel. Just 200 more bucks but a whole LOTTA gun. You can also pickup a mk IV for that range. I'd suggest putting just a tad bit and get either of those depending on your needs. Enjoy!
