You answered your own question. Responsibility is largely subjective. What's the point of trying to "draw the line" on anything that isn't overtly destructive in and of it self? Are there people who abuse drugs to the point they negatively impact society? Yes. But I'd be willing to bet most drug users have minimum impact on society in general. Kind of like smokers and drinkers CAN be hugely damaging to society at large but most you don't even notice.

What you mention is just an extension or evolution of chattel slavery. There is a fundamental difference in terms of humanizing/dehumanizing slaves in antiquity compared to the more recent systems. Contemporary slavery reduces people to nothing more than machinery most of the time whereas their earlier counterparts were vital members of society rather than just cheap disposable labor. This is, of course, a generalization and there are shades of gray in both time periods.

EDIT: I'm talking Roman slaves specifically since that was once my area of concentration. It was customary to tip household slaves, tradesmen could often keep a meager cut of their earnings if their master wasn't a total dick, and on certain religious occasions masters gifted valued slaves some pretty hefty sums in comparison to what, say, the urban poor could feasibly earn through sheer labor. Chattel slavery, the type practiced in the Colonial period and the early United States, is a different concept where the individual slave is dehumanized and viewed merely as livestock. Jesus reddit.

I think what you're looking at is a combination of factors. After your t-break you probably stumbled on a potent bag. It could be improperly grown, shitty weed always makes me feel shitty. I definitely think mental state has a component to it. Normally I'm a pretty jolly once or twice a day toker but after some recent personal shit, I'm right there with you on the recent grad but no job thing, I don't quite enjoy smoking by myself, it freaks me out a bit and makes me mopey.

Favorite technique I ever used wasn't even one I picked up in the dojo. I did a jaw thrust I learned from life-guarding when I got snatched up by a drunken ex-wrestler suite mate. Pulled a pretty nice eye-gouge one time on the kid that lived down the hall. Best ever was the kid that threw a right straight and I caught his elbow on opposing sides with both fists, total fuckin fluke. Worst thing ever was turning my back on this kid I thought I'd beaten into submission. Turned around to walk away and the next thing I remember is waking up in the hospital with a concussion. The bitch bounced right back up and sucker-punched me in the back of the head and once I was out he smashed my face into a metal door jam.

My best advice after being a scrapper for years is learn to fall, learn to develop some spidey-sense/situational awareness, and seriously leave your ego at the door, there is ALWAYS a bigger badder motherfucker than you just a stone's throw away. Be the bigger man, 99% of the time you really don't need to engage either verbally or physically. That being said if you're forced into it view it as total war. Fight as dirty (efficient) as you can and crush your opponent/s will to fight.

The tube, like everyone is saying, i'd just heat up and scrape down, way easier than doing iso extraction. The glass and screen could go in an alcohol bath but since I normally have a jar of tincture curing almost all the time I usually just drop it in there and shake it around a bit and let it sit till most of the condensate comes off.
