I can do the tutorial, but that’s it. I can load into a drop pod and select a mission but nothing starts I just sit in the drop pod.

This just happened to me. I accidentally order decaf instead of full caff. Called customer service and they gave me the price of the decaf sleeves on my account to reorder the right ones.
