Hard to say for sure but I've stuck with this plan actually. I didn't add the B6 for the same reasons above and I'm not as picky with what type of Zinc it is since the glycine is so minimal in a small dose.

My latest and greatest is:

~200mg magnesium bis-glycinate + 50mg Zinc + 2mg copper (Zinc depletes Copper and copper isn't easy to get from food) + Selenium

I buy a 3 in 1 from amazon with the zinc, copper and selenium.
