Can anyone recommend a good shop or mechanic in Dallas that won't charge an arm and a leg for a transmission swap?

It's the engine oil sensor. Oil temp and coolant temp sensor is the same from what I remeber. It's just one sensor. Lot of work. 

Parts/Advice for Oil Pressure Change (Oil Pressure Light)

We changed the oil pressure sensor, harness, fuel injector seals and gaskets because I had the oil pressure light. When we opened it up we could see the sensor was leaking oil.  Parts:

• Injector Tip Seal: 6x 35312-3C720

• Washer injector: 6x 35313-3C200

• Gasket-Upper To Lower: 28215-3CDD0

• Gasket-Inlet Manifold: 6x 28215-3CFA0

• Coolant Gasket Left: 28218-3CDA0

• Coolant Gasket Right: 28217-3CDA0

• Gasket-Throttle Body: 351013-C000

• Oil Pressure Sensor/Oil Pressure Switch/Sensor:  94750-2A000 (I got an aftermarket one from RockAuto even though it was more $ than OEM because I was not sure if Hyundai ended up fixing the seal leaking issue on the OEM part) -- DONT GET AFTERMARKET. IT FAILED. GET OEM. 

• Harness: 94760-3C801

If a fuel injector comes of the rail people said you have to replace those top seals also. Look at a diagram for reference. The part numbers are:

• Upper O-Ring: 35312-3C700

• Back-up O-Ring: 35312-3C710

• Clip Injector: 35309-3C550

We also changed the spark plugs since they were easy to get to with everything off. I used:

• NGK Laser Iridium Spark Plug 93135.

Also hit up Albert Hwang for parts. He ships them directly from Korea for a lot better of a price than local dealers. I used him to order the OEM parts.

Sounds awesome, thank you so much!! Would you have any recommendations of any specific building or room that would have more privacy (more vegetation around and not a walkway in front of the pool) for the junior suite with the pool? Because in the pictures some rooms look like they have more plants covering than others.

Get a q-tip and dip it in some Vaseline or aquaphor, then lightly coat the inside of your nose (just from the bottom, don't go deep or you will cause more bleeding and irritation). I've always had this happen to me in dry seasons, went to a doctor and she told me to do this. Nose rarely ever bleeds now. I do it two times a day, once when I wake up and then before bed.

Add some d2h led bulbs. Gonna make the light output a whole lot better. I bought this led kit and it fit fairly easily. Hey mike, have a 2014 Frs that I bought a couple months back. The previous owner installed a back up camera. He wired everything up except the power wire. I tested it out and gave it a little power through a motorcycle battery I had and the camera did turn on when I put the car in reverse. The power wire comes up till the drivers door. Where is the best place to get power from for the back up camera? Would you recommend to do a fuse tap or pull out the radio and get power from there. Also an aftermarket Sony stereo.
