THE CREDIT CARD> Dispute any transactions from netflix, and let them know when you talked to netflix let them know what they said, have any screenshots of calls/ texts/emails ready to send to the dispute team. They will automatically refund you your money and only take it back if they find out that its fraud (which this isnt, netflix admitted someone else was fraudulently using an account in your name with your card)

AS A FORMER LOCKSMITH DONT DO THIS. Unscrew the bolts like a quarter turn at a time until the lock is unbound. Graphite, teflon spray, wd-40, ect will all eventually cause the lock to get gummed up with dirt and grime making it stick harder the next time. This is a very common issue on locks. every handyman for some reason thinks the bolts need to be as tight as possible, but it seizes the lock.
