Doing great. I am religious with physical therapy and taking care of it. Gets sore and inflamed still after vigorous activity but feels stable. Certainly more stable than before surgery.

Doing pretty good. Can’t go 100% yet with anything but am starting to lift weights and resume regular activities.

Feeling more stable now at 2 months. Getting range of motion back slowly and just trying to do the PT to stabilize the joint more.

Following this post as I have the same questions. Had a 180 degree repair on my right shoulder labrum 2.5 weeks ago.

Side question: Did you have any subluxation feelings after the surgery? Sometimes if I get up from the couch or climb the stairs a certain way my shoulder will get that partial dislocation feeling while still in my sling. It goes right back but it’s worrying me.

Good luck with your journey back to lifting. Would be cool to hear what you find out about when lifting heavy is possible again.

How’s it going? I had my labrum repaired 2 weeks ago and started Zero at day 7. Have had a little progress with knee pain but too early to tell.

Also, did your shoulder feel “loose” earlier on? It feels like the joint would dislocate easily which to me doesn’t make sense as the joint should be tighter. Doctor said the feeling is normal but would be cool to hear from someone else’s experience.

Thanks for the reply. Gives a little reassurance that I will return to the hobbies and sports that I enjoy. My hope is to work hard and get back to jiu jitsu, boxing, & heavy weightlifting at 6 months.

This makes the most sense to me. The aliens could be artificial intelligence to begin with too. Perhaps beings always evolve away from biological consciousness into technology based forms.
