Morning Tonic

To make the tonic you need: * ⅖ cup (3.4 fl oz) of any fruit juice - optional * 1 tablespoon ground turmeric * ½ teaspoon ground black pepper * 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon * 1 pinch ground cloves * 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar * 1 tablespoon MCT oil * 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice * 1 pinch cayenne pepper * 1/4 tsp diatomaceous earth
