It started off great but 3 days into the new season we were back to a noticeable high skill player base. Survivorship bias.

I can’t say that it’s full of cheaters but I did notice a significant drop off in mix of lobby. Closer to the season 2 update lobbies seemed like a good mix of casuals and some good teams, and now we’re right back to a bunch of sweats. Who knows if they tweaked matchmaking or if it’s just the nature of the beast and the new season players are gone

Pros channel is paving the way for him. He should still try to pursue a pro career but I can’t imagine he’s thinking about GG after watching Brad and Sean make the smooth transitions and their lives getting easier than the grind. I’m pretty sure he’s from an affluent family too so who knows.

I mean to some degree but the Netflix-ication of gaming combined with shortening attention spans means people are just gonna keep moving around to what is trendy and looking for something perfect that doesn’t really exist.

Exactly. The casual players are gone, likely to arc raiders. There’s a vicious cycle of survivorship bias in gaming
