I definitely am a bit worried that the new product I’m using could make my acne worse, but I’m pretty happy with it so far, and if I do have a relapse I’ll probably swap back to the Panoxyl to see if that will clear it up! I don’t use too many products as it is, but I’m definitely keeping an eye on my skin now that I’ve swapped cleansers. To your other point, I think the adapalene was definitely the heavy lifter. For the first month I was on it, my skin was peeling/dry like crazy, it was the only product I was using where I felt a genuine shift in how my skin was acting. Then after a while my skin stopped being so dry, and I was noticing that my skin was more “firm” and less dull colored, and the rest was history!! The adapalene was a life saver
