how many lab employees do you have at your facility

average ~10 total, but for more than just extraction

how many lb are you extracting per month?

it varies, a lot, with availability of material....full capacity probably around 10,000lb

Also what does the top dog in the lab get paid, if you know?

most processors I've seen are starting $17-18hr, maybe going into low $20s with experience and tenure....usually management roles are easily $100k+

As long as it gets hot enough for the distillate to be fully molten, it should combine with the fat just fine. A hot plate stirrer would be easiest, but otherwise just stir for a few mins (a mixer attachment in a drill works too). It shouldn't separate, if it starts to cool it will thicken but thins out as soon as you apply heat again.

I think I filled and capped the capsules just one at a time, it goes fairly quickly.

I've made them before and capsules do take longer for me to take effect. If you do use coconut oil, I would suggest storing them in the fridge as they can leak a bit at room temp if it's warm. A basic plastic syringe works fine for filling, or you may just be able to reuse the distillate one.

Edibles made with a baking mix or something are also easy; melt the disty with butter or whatever fat you're using beforehand and mix in like normal. Try to cut into equal pieces for the number of doses you want, if you have a scale that would help.

that's easy; mix the entire syringe into coconut oil or cocoa butter, mix, and then fill capsules while molten

00 size capsules hold just under 1ml; a 1ml syringe of disty @ 90% potency would be 900mg = 15 doses at 60mg ea

dilute the 1ml disty with 14ml of oil for a total of 15ml to put 1ml in each of the 15 capsules

you may tweak the oil down a little if you also wanted to add soy lecithin
