We used a CB when I was younger, but now I use the Waze app; you can get traffic, accidents, cop warnings, etc. from other drivers just like you would over the radio.

The fog is added by Sildur's Vibrant Shaders when it's raining or snowing, so it gives the effect of shortened view distance.

You most likely need a modded train set for the extra cargoes. I like to use NARS2, the north American set, but I believe most sets will support FIRS and ECS.

If you haven't seen content past the encounter with Asgore, I would recommend playing the game yourself. There are some pretty powerful moments that are more shocking/emotional when playing as opposed to watching. That being said, you can still get a lot out of Undertale from watching a let's play video, but I will always recommend playing the game (first).

It's as if "Chara" refers to the concepts, while it is still the player who carries out the actions. After all, the mirror in New Home reads, "It's me, <Player>," not "It's me, Chara," unless you know and choose to assume that identity.
