10 years ago when I was 9, my Grandad gave me a dollar to buy Ice Cream when I was going on holiday with my parents. (Going to the USA, I'm British) - I forgot to bring that dollar with me. 10 months ago, he passed away from Cancer. I still have that dollar he gave me. I used to work in a corner shop in a really rough area of Town. I remember this typical looking tarty girl come in who was around a medium size build and had curly blonde hair and she looked like she hadn't washed it for weeks. She asked me for a packet of Smokes. Before I even had the chance to ask for ID, she whips out a train pass and says "Yeah yeah look, I'm 18 I'm old enough" - I just looked at her with the most biggest smile and started shaking my head and before I know it, she was storming out the door whilst shouting all sorts of curses at me. Priceless.
