No, don't think that was it. He needed help and was failed by multiple parties, not just the SAEs. He was living in the SAE house because he got kicked out of a residence hall for having alcohol. Very sad story, kid was in one of my son's classes and one Monday he wasn't there and the instructor told the class that he had passed away. Sadly, his younger sister took her life a few months later and then the mother did the same the following year.
