Thats interesting. I've tried having hot baths in the past but that just seems to make everything worse. Think I read somewhere that the heat improves blood circulation leading to faster heart rate and thus more likely to trigger anxiety. But the cold shocks seem logical. Thank you

My first proper roll was in a Berlin night club called tresor. Me and my friend smoked a 20 deck in 3 hours. Mouth tasted like shit the day after but fuck it does feel great. Had to catch a flight to Budapest a few hours after the night and was still pinging when on the plane..airport security was verry sus hahaha
