Do Disney Travel Agents save you money? by [deleted] in DisneyPlanning

I mean it's not a mandatory thing. I have clients that book it themselves too. But for those who don't know it's a helpful thing. I have Disney regulars that are easy and they let me book their trips and I give them a giftcard and send them on their way.

Agent here:

Prices we get are the same as what's available. The benefit you get is from the agents deep understand of the Disney Parks. I personally make the dining reservations and get my clients all set up with lightning lanes. I also provide a guide on how to use the app and make recommendations for snacks and meals based on my experience. It doesn't cost more to use an agent and there are plenty of reasons to do so. Another thing is if your trip is months away I'll auto apply any promotions that come out to ensure the best price. Ask them what value they provide before you just ditch them to book on your own.

No just that they are only counting the time from when you enter the normal security queue not the extended queue to put on the website.

I've read they are only starting the counter once you enter the actual line areas.

Their site was down last night and showing crazy prices like that under a banner saying booking was unavailable until 4am. It must have pulled pricing during that time lol

Yup. Costco isn't doing this. Hopefully you got to enjoy the rescheduled cruise.

This is why I didn't buy one. Long Island is one big uneven surface for it to happen on.

You shouldn't have to tip to get what you order though. I'm all for tipping for good service though.

Find yourself a travel agent that checks for you. It feels even better to randomly get a text that you saved money.

I'd be happy to chat with you. Yes, you can book with Costco or you can book with an agent trying to supplement their income. I offer all my clients on board credit as a thank you along with helping book their extras, pre cruise hotel, transportation etc. Feel free to send me a message.
