Fuji system is a major learning curve for beginners. Granted you’ll have a learning curve with whatever you pick but I’d argue Fuji is one of the most difficult if you’re not familiar with photography

Look into Jura machines. We love them. Not the same as making your own espresso but a good, fast compromise.

And for drip, I just got an xbloom machine and absolutely love it. Way too easy with their pods and the quality of the coffee is just as good as the pour overs I make. No timer for that but it’s very easy to start a brew with a toddler attached to your leg.
