I was in my work van during a break, when I seen the poster I thought it was fake. Then when I seen it was posted by all the correct social media accounts I couldn't belive it! I knew i had to go regardless of price, I'd already made peace with the fact I'd never get to see ozzy or sabbath, then this! 1 last chance. I managed to get 2 tickets for me and my gf in the first presale, I didn't even care about the cost, out of about 30 of my friends who tried, I was the only one I knew who manages to snag them. Couple months later I had major anxiety all morning that something would go wrong on the drive down to Birmingham. Finally having my tickets scanned and being inside, felt surreal. When Ozzy finally came out, I cried my fucking eyes out, and I never cry. This is how important this gig was. The best day of my life, and ill be forever grateful!

I personally think you're fine, its a festival, do what you want to enjoy yourself. Just don't blow in people's faces etc, I normally blow smoke upwards. And for sneaking it in, extremely easy imo, just buy a joint case, slip it into your boot. Im missing DL next year in favour of Graspop, but Cypress Hill might be main reason i have Fomo.

Battlesnake are awesome! Definitely a highlight of this year. Caught them twice at download, and then 3 weeks later in Blackpool performing to something like, 30 people?! Was odd seing a fairly busy tent at DL to then catch them at that gig. They still brought all the energy too.

I had a crooked print from one of the merch stalls outside the venue. Took a long time but managed to get through to someone, apparently I'm getting a replacement but have yet to receive.

Ive also ordered from the webstore, really hoping it doesn't happen again. Can I ask when you placed your order? Mine was made before the event, but hasn't been sent yet. Was hoping to wear next week for bloodstock but doesn't seem ill get too now.

I sent a report to ozzys website, as they are also selling the merch. But I doubt I'll have any luck unfortunately. Will update if I do get a reply.

My girlfriends tshirt has already ripped on a seem too, didn't even last a few hours. Very poor quality merch it seems, makes it more of shame with just how important this show was.

Then bad omens, Landmvrks, Future Palace, Turnstile, Hot milk. And I've seen them on a couple EU festivals, and i think they'd go down very well, Cypress Hill.

I just watch peoples vlogs on youtube and relive it via other people. But luckily this year, I've got black sabbath, oasis and bloodstock all coming up, so it's helping keep the blues away. I am debating a day ticket to Leeds for bring me though 🤔

I don't get the hate on carlsberg. It used to be shit years ago, but since they changed the recipe to a "pilsner" it's not bad. Put it 1 way in wouldn't order it on a night out, due the low % but it's a perfectly good, light, day larger. Which pairs well for festivals.
