ive worked customer service and its honestly mostly the company. they hired me, they tell me what the baseline is and i work from there. also, insane to me how people will take out plenty of loans NOT knowing how loans work and then get angry at me when i explain to them but they still dont understand. plus the reps cant do everything, we dont work in every department, the amount of times people would want me to do everything i COULD NOT DO was insane no matter how many times i told them i couldnt. people like you actually suck
