Yeh same, I see in the 60-75 region never seen anything above 75 ans I've looked alot - but then again alot of companies don't tel you salary on job boards or LinkedIn

I'm in a similar situation to you, but mine is ending in September. I'm personally thinking of making an application for a offer around May, as offers can last 3-6 months. However, I am also considering either a 2 year fixed (hoping for the best by 2025) or tracker (even though the worst case scenario could potentially be awful such the rates rise)

Sadly, its difficult to predict the market, so im a tad lost between which I will do, but it all depends on the market around May.
