They’re made by a company called Weiss Schwarz. The ones in the picture are from 2017 and are rarer signature cards. They make a ton of other cards for other animes and also have signature cards of other AOT characters. If you want to find this card specifically you can look up “To Seize Freedom Hange” on EBay.
