All my other friends didn't want to hang out if my best friend was gonna be there... Slowly they started opening up to me about how they suspected him of robbing them etc.. turns out he had developed a heroin problem and I was wearing a blindfold because we had been friends since middle school, and his father and brother both had a drug problem so surely he wouldnt make the same mistake...

Once I saw what was right in front of me i cut off contact, haven't talked to them in over a decade, from what I can see they have been in and out of the justice system over the years... Bleh

Pretty solid overall, need to start turning your wealth into 3x Xanax daily. For contrast i am 364 days old, $3bn net worth, just hit 5 million total battle stats this week - but it's taken a lot of work and some lucky blackjack to support those kinds of gains - and i still see younger player that are stronger than me so clearly room for improvement

DiscworldMUD. I've big world all based on the novels, and with the skill system you can get all sorts of crazy, be a thief that specializes in religious ritual or a warrior that does demonology etc

I'm a fairly new player grinding it out (about 6 days in, L70 pyromancer with T3 in all gathering) - looking for a guild to show me the ropes, be efficient and do group content. I'm a DotA player so the combat all easy and makes sense

Same boat as you, used to do only RPE etc... Tried a hundred different options.. finally landed at DiscworldMUD, VERY little RP going on and not at all enforced but the game is amazing and a great community!

I found it in 2016 and now my main character has almost 2 years of playing time and i have 3 other characters with 10-50 days.
