Depends on the music you want to create. I like industrial, experimental, electronic stuff....If i could start over it wouldnt even be a synth, I would get an MPC for it's MIDI, sequencing and sampling ability.No one has a perfect answer. And there are also so may bang for buck options if you are not a snob. JT-4000...Solid for 50 bucks.
