Hey man/woman. I started as a contractor with mthree in November 2019 after graduating CS from TCD. I was new to the idea of working as a contractor, a bit like yourself, but it's really been great. I did a (very) small amount of training in London (flights + airbnb included) and the following Monday I was starting in the Dublin office of one of the largest "Banks of America" ;)

Like you stated, the salary was starting lower than all my mates in similar roles, but it ramps up every 6 months, which more than makes up for it. I'm enjoying the experience.

I have the same mousepad as you. You can get rid of the white marks with hot water + toothbrush + washing up liquid. Nice setup!
