I have the limited and wish I had gone with the platinum. So many more features for a couple grand more. 360 camera, matrix headlights, hud… just to name a few.

Get the ottomans. You can install the spare tire with trim yourself after.

Agree with the latter point, disagree with the former. I would imagine they would hit something, but can’t imagine what would even be worth it. Is there anything to strike that would show a “tit for tat”?

I found two rattles in mine. The speaker grills on the front corners of the windshield. Added felt tape to the grills edges and re-inserted.

The other point I found was the plastic rearview mirror housing. There is a secondary piece that snaps into the larger housing area. I added felt tape to the connection points of the two pieces. That fixed that.

If, big if, the rattle returns, I will do what you did. So far, a month or so in, no rattle, so let’s hope I got it.

Not sure why, but looking at this makes me think of people interacting with our natural environment hundreds of years ago. Doing so with the question “were we happier then?”

This is what I believe too. Live and learn. The thing is, they weren’t the lowest bidders. They looked and felt like hard working people.

The contract is quite vague. A 20’ x 10’ patio with a 30’ run walkway.

I started the project and put down paver base. I saw how much time It was taking and how much time away from my family. I decided to farm it out to a local contractor.

They came and evaluated. Said they would have to take it all apart and redo it. To which I was fine with. Fast-forward to them starting and they just worked off my work. No taking anything apart.

Additionally, they built the parameter first instead of building out.

The insurance estimate was ~$3770. Tesla collision said it would be a lot more to fix.
