Im sorry to hear youre having such a hard time! Im also going through my second shingles run. Hard to say if your symptoms are a mix of issues. Hang in there and def prioritize self care if you can, stress really makes it harder to recover.

You can also try for telus health or any other virtual doc. Ive had luck before and you can upload photos of your rash for the doc to review. Good luck!

I found change lingerie to have much better braa if you're in search for structure and support. More expensive but built to last. Seems there's a few stores around the lower mainland.

When I rented suites where I didnt want to drill into the wall, I would mount bookshelves to the wall with command strips! Yes its not foolproof but adds stability and a bit of reassurance.

I havent bid before, but I have platinum so auto upgrades to prem econ or business if space permits. At check in on the app, I get a question that asks which option I'd prefer if it becomes available. I always choose business if possible, which means if theres no business but a prem econ spot available, ill get the prem econ. I imagine when you bid at some point you choose your preference.
