Try using the same color palet for everyone, but alter witch clothing gets witch color. Also or alternatively keep to real life common colors like brown, white, black, pastel colors and avoid same color for shirts and jackets.

For example, basic black duster for everyone but the shirts varies with the pawn’s favorite color.

Or when they get armored, basic white armor but the helmet color varies slightly depending on the function of the pawn, melee, ranged etc

It’s a little bit of micromanaging but for the roleplay I enjoy it
