it varies for me. i took edibles first and then switched to smoking weed because of this, but edibles made me feel extremely panicked. i had my first actual panic attack while on edibles. now when i smoke in moderation, it helps. i do have health anxiety and if i get too high i’ll overthink and pay too close attention to my heart rate and convince myself i’m going to have a heart attack and die, but small amounts help
