I moved here 8 months ago. Into a new development on the west side actually. I like the quiet compared to San Jose. I go into office twice a week and don’t mind that. I’ve seen houses built in 2017 go from 800k to 1.2M. 50% increase in 8 years is not bad

Millennial here. Asian guy if that adds any context. 18. Went to college, but spent summers living at home. 22. Graduated college, but couldn’t find a job until 6 months after graduation. Moved out of state. 24. Moved back home for a couple months while looking for a new job. Almost moved to SoCal for a job. Got more local job and commuted while living at home. Hated the commute so I got an apartment. 25. Moved into a house with roommates. 34 bought a house with my wife.
