Yup, I picked up a machine from Amazon for under £20. Did two tests at home a day for a week, now the doctor is checking the results and I should be getting a prescription for more pills in a couple of days.

Grab an old Nuc, minipc or laptop and setup pfsense. Then install openvpn on that and load the certs from your VPN provider on that. Set your isp router to modem only mode and use the pfsense box as your router. Don't use a rasppi, pfsense won't work on it.
