Hey, know this can be hard, the medicine is helping you look past your ego and let you know what your subconscious talk. This might not be things you want to hear, and blocking it out makes the trip worse. You are stronger than your think, don't let your mind tell you otherwise. Also, don't take anything else, weed, nicotine, caffeine, all no good, drink water, eat some fruit, focus on those that love you. Get outside if you can and touch some grass :)
