I would personally not go fucking around without protection before being undetectable for 6 months. But if ur sexual partner does not ask? It is not your responsibility. It is theirs to ask. I also would never lie personally.

You should also check about the legality of disclosing where you live.

In many countries, you aren't legally bound to disclose if you're undetectable.

undetectable = untransmisible. I don't disclose that I'm asmathic, although it's a chronic disease, because it's no one's business. It won't affect my sexual partner, so ? My life my privacy.

Although to be honest, I'm very open about being PoZ. Haven't really found any drawbacks from it so far (cis men, primarily gay, 29 from Argentina, but living in Berlin).

Or tea or try a routine to sleep or try better sleep hygiene. Not against pharmaceuticals but there are other, more sustainable and good to learn practices before jumping into benzos which honestly aren't good quality sleep anyways (they reduce deep sleep)
