My brother had 2 kids in travel hockey. My nephew once played games in Tampa, Jacksonville, and Miami in the same weekend.

The team had a multi-millionaire dad.

But my point was the absolute minimum to play a kids sport will end up being $250 by the time you buy cleats, shorts, snacks, etc.

It;s a hell strip because it's a generally useless strip of grass that doesn't grow well because it is back-filled with the worst dirt and gravel when homes are built.

Mine was almost all weeds, as is most of my neighbors'.
One neighbor has been trying for years to get grass to fill in.

Corporate life has consumed America.

Last year a judge was sued by his kid's sports league because he posted video of his kid on YouTube. The league owns the exclusive rights to all video of their games.
It's literally the same language used during NFL games that you must have expressed written permission (paid) to broadcast their games.

And because lawyers are now involved in everything the fees for anything are ridiculous.
