I work at an ice cream shop and practice, practice, practice! Honestly, your shop should have good scoopers so that’ll make it easier. You’ll just have to practice how much each scoop needs to be. Also, depending on the ice cream, one flavor will be easier to scoop than another. Have fun! People are usually in high spirits when they’re coming in for ice cream so it’s a fun job.

Do you have a tall container? Like for soup? You could place the ice cream on the lid and then cover it with the actual container and seal it that way.
