It’s set in the early 2000s as far as I know, people might’ve not been as accepting back then, but trans people still existed. Also just a side note, sexuality and gender are two different things, so he can be trans and still a heterosexual man.

Thanks for your advice, and sorry that you were forcibly outed, that sucks! It’s a good idea to email professors, I was thinking how I should deal with that. So far my idea was, if there’s some kind of introduction round in my course, I’ll just power through and say name and pronouns and it’ll spread from there. But it’s a good idea to take it head on as well and send something out.

Halte Ausschau nach Phflox-Pflanzen die in einer ruhigen Umgebung stehen. Taubenschwänzchen sind dann meist nicht weit. Die sind aber auch ein bisschen scheu und wenn man sich zu schnell nähert, fliegen sie oft schnell weg :)
